Refund Policy

Effective: October 16, 2026 · Version 1.3

1. Try it first

You can draw, fill and save designs in TraceTile for free, with no account. The 7-day free trial adds every export (color mockups, cut templates, laser SVG and DXF files) with no card and nothing to cancel. Please use them to make sure TraceTile does what you need before you buy, because a purchase gives you access to everything at once.

2. Refunds follow Paddle's Refund Policy

Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, sells the license and handles refunds under Paddle's Refund Policy, which forms part of Paddle's Buyer Terms. That policy says when a purchase can be refunded, including the rights consumer law gives you where you live. We follow it and don't add a separate refund period of our own.

3. How to ask

Find your order at paddle.net, or use the link in your Paddle receipt, and send your request to Paddle from there. You're also welcome to email support@tracetile.app from the address you used to buy, with your order number, and we'll help.

When Paddle refunds a purchase, the money goes back to the way you paid. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.

4. What we always put right

Whatever Paddle's policy says, we'll make sure these are refunded, whenever they happen:

  • a duplicate charge for the same license;
  • a charge you didn't make (please tell your bank as well); and
  • a license we end without cause, which we refund in full as our Terms promise.

If TraceTile stops working on your device and we can't fix it, write to us and we'll look at it fairly.

A license we end because its owner broke our Terms isn't refunded.

5. What happens after a refund

The license ends and your devices are signed out of the paid version. Your designs and the files you exported stay on your device and remain yours, and you can keep using the free editor.

6. Please talk to us before your bank

Write to us first: it's faster than a dispute with your bank. If you open a dispute, the license is suspended while it's open, and it ends if the charge is reversed.

7. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy takes away the rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live. If you're in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another place that gives consumers a right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, that right, and when it ends once you start using what you bought, is described in Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
